About

Graphic Design Program, Department of Bart's Vocational School of Design, as part of the 2011-2012 academic year was opened. Education and training continues in Bartin province. One use of computerized design workshop for students under the program, one basic art education and print-painting workshop, a digital print shop, and one class amplifier. The language of the program is Turkish. The laboratories have widely used in graphic design and technology in the advertising industry machinery and equipment is available. * In this program, the training is provided by the second instruction.

Purpose

:

At every stage of education, science, technology and art in accordance with the values ??of authenticity, expressive power, the application of the scientific method, analysis, and training given in accordance with the ability to use the material, which can solve the problems of visual design, equipment use effectively, is to train creative designers.

Target

:

- Graphic arts create a communicative language by using technological opportunities. - To provide necessary knowledge and practice so that the willing and talented students can specialize in the areas of design they prefer. - In this context, with the aim of creating works of art, artistic ideas and imagery, to sharpen and improve individual understandings and technical skills; to evaluate artistic and cultural heritage of the past civilizations from a broad perspective; to have the students regard this heritage as a cultural richness and to broaden their point of view. - With the help of national and international communication, to transfer traditions and customs of a certain society and human values to groups of different culture through academic studies; to develop tolerance and sensitivity in individuals through artistic activities.

Acceptance Requirements

:

Conducted by SSPC to the Graphic Design Program Center is now accepting students with Placement Exam. Placing candidates in the Graphic Design Program Center, YGS scores, preferences related to higher education programs and these programs Successful candidates placed by considering the quota and conditions.

Graduation Requirements

:

Students who successfully complete all compulsory courses specified in the course plan and the minimum number of elective courses required; complete 120 ECTS credits and have a minimum CGPA of 2.00/ 4.00 will graduate.

Degree

:

Upon successful completion of the program graduates fulfilling all the requirements "Graphic Design Associate's Degree in the field" will receive the degree.

Transition

:

Examination Evaluation

Examination Assessment is evaluated as the sum of 40% of the midterm exam and 60% of the final exam.
